BioShock Infinite Vita: Levine still pursuing portable title
Ken Levine has said BioShock Infinite on Vita is still something he's working towards, but the project hasn't even been greenlit yet.
Levine told Kotaku that he's still negotiating a deal between Sony and Take Two.
"I am literally trying to make a match between the parties. They have to agree and it has to be a business deal," he said.
"I’ve been trying to do that for a very long time. I’ve still very much engaged in that. I can’t personally greenlight the thing myself.”
It's a repeat statement - oh boy is it a repeat statement - but it may come as something of a surprise to anybody who watched the Sony E3 2011 conference at which it sure sounded like the project was definitely happening.
It does sound like Levine is working hard to make it a real thing, though.
“I have conversations. I’ve talked to all the parties in the past couple of weeks," he said.
Levine has said he doesn't want to talk about the proposed game until there's something to show, but we know it won't be a port and may be developed externally.
Thanks, GameSpot.
