Elsword now available on Steam

Manga-inspired side-scrolling MMORPG Elsword has made its debut on Steam.

Elsword isn't your typical Anime-flavoured side-scroller; it's quite conscious of its cultural influences, presenting a comic panel-style lay out with the tag line "play your manga".

It boasts six customisable characters, 50 cel-shaded environments, and skill-based PvP.

To celebrate the Steam launch, the free-to-play MMO is offering special deals. You'll score a bonus 5% on any $50 worth of currency you buy, and 10% on $100.

New accounts made through Steam will also score "powerful bonuses" and any player who completes a dungeon with a Steam player in their party will receive a special bonus.

Elsword made it into Steam via Greenlight. It's currently being updated, with a new class added for each of the six characters.
