Gran Turismo series has shifted 70 million units

Jim Ryan, SCEE's president and CEO, has announced at the Gran Turismo 15th Anniversary event that Gran Turismo 5 has sold 10 million units worldwide, and the series as a whole has moved 70 million units. Ryan said almost half of those were sold in Europe. Ryan also said that "PlayStation and Gran Turismo are always going to be linked," as the series is and will remain exclusive to PlayStation".
