The Kojima's Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes panel at GDC, it was revealed that the mysterious title shown at the Spike VGAs last year is indeed a Kojima game, and is in fact the subtitle for Metal Gear Solid V. Watch this post about the panel for updates.
