Scram Kitty and His Buddy on Rails announced as Wii U exclusive
Dakko Dakko has announced it is now an officially licensed Wii U developer, and will release its action title Scram Kitty and His Buddy on Rails exclusively on the platform's eShop.
The game mixes "fast-paced shooting gameplay," with a "rail-riding platformer mechanic."
"Our new game came into being almost as soon as I heard about the Wii U and its GamePad," said Dakko Dakko founder Rhodri Broadbent in the press release. "I've long been fascinated by the different experiences made possible when playing a game in your hands compared with playing on a TV, and the chance to combine the best of both worlds in a brand-new HD action game was irresistible."
The developers have enlisted the help of Army of Trolls' Gary Lucken, to provide the artwork.
Scram Kitty and His Buddy on Rails - working title - will release sometime this year and more details are to be announced soon.
