As noted earlier today, Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition is now available - at least, on PC - so check out Overhaul Games' take on the 1998 opening cinematic.

The remade RPG can be found on Beamdog, which is being quite flaky right now as people mash the refresh key, or through its website, which still offers a "preload" - but don't let that put you off.
Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition contains all the content of the original plus improved graphics, new allies, additional quests, and arena challenge the Black Pits. It'll set you back $20.
