Halo 4 tops XBLA activity charts, universe safe from apocalypse
This week, the universe failed to split in two allowing the ingress of the All Devourer, whose eternal hunger swallows and extinguishes the stars one by one until all life, warmth and energy is merely a flicker of memory in the annals of the multiverse. This was the only event that might have prevented Halo 4 topping the Xbox Live activity charts during its launch week.
Predictably, Master Chief's credibly plentiful fans flocked to Halo 4's multiplayer, beating out such rivals as Modern Warfare 3, Minecraft and FIFA 13. Well see how it goes next week when Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is a contender, though.
On the XBLA charts, The Walking Dead held onto second spot but was unable to topple the mighty Minecraft.
