Skyrim - Sony “working closely” with Bethesda to get DLC working
Skyrim DLC has been absent of late on PS3 of late due to some technical issues, and Sony has said it's doing everything it can to help Bethesda get the content working on the console.
Speaking with Kotaku Sony VP Adam Boyes who handles publisher relations, told the site during the New York Gaming Conference this week that while he can't "promise any kind of resolution or timeline," everyone involved is trying to get things working properly.
"We work with all of our partners to try and solve their problems," Boyes said. "We have a big, broad dev support team that works closely with Bethesda—and with all of our partners—to work with them to solve that any sort of issues they have along the way.
"Of course, I always want everything to work always for everyone. I can't promise any kind of resolution or timeline but can say that everyone involved is trying their best to get this stuff working."
Skyrim's Dawnguard, the first DLC pack for the RPG, launched on Xbox 360 in late June and hit PC in early August.
The latest DLC, Hearthfire, launched on Xbox Live this week, and releases on PC once the 30-day exclusivity period with the Microsoft console ends.
