Activision-Infinity Ward trial delayed until June 1

The trial between Activision and Infinity Ward has been delayed to June 1 after California Superior Court Judge Elihu Berle announced "logistical difficulties assembling a sufficient jury pool," for the proceedings. The judge also stipulated the trial must end on July 2, which gives attorneys on both sides of the case 22 business days to present their arguments after having previously asked for 30 business days to do so. The two firm's also have until May 31 to reach a settlement before the case resumes.According to the LA Times, judge Berle will "this week or early next week," be determining which parts of the contract between the parties "are irrefutable and which will be open to interpretation to a jury." This will also deem how damages are to be calculated.
