Okay we can't take credit for that opening line - Volition wrote it - but we found it rather hilarious.
The Bloodsucker Pack allows you to grab folks and regain health by sucking their blood when pressing in on the right stick.
Other bonuses, including VIP bonuses for Cash Boosts, Hourly Income, Respect, and the Scavenger ability will be included with the DLC as well.

The Bloodsucker Pack releases on PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Steam, and OnLive on February 28 and 29, depending on region, for 160 MSP/$1.99.
