Mass Effect 3 FemShep trailer due tomorrow

If the brief glimpses of FemShep in the new Mass Effect 3 enemies video weren't enough for you, fear not - the promised trailer drops tomorrow.

BioWare seems quite excited by the prospect. The Mass Effect Twitter released a teaser image with the comment "We're putting the finishing touches on #FemShepFriday right now. Are you ready for it?"

"We were sent an email today with only these words: #FemShepFriday. What could it mean?" the BioWare Twitter hinted.

"Capturing final shots for Femshep trailer! Get ready. #FemShepFriday" BioWare motion graphics artist Chase Boyajian tweeted, adding later, "We just sent out the final FemShep trailer!"

"You guys ready for #FemShepFriday? Tomorrow is the big day!" marketing director David Silverman added.

BioWare pleased fans by announcing in June last year that it would add the female version of Commander Shepard to the collector's edition tin, and produce a special trailer for her, but drew some criticism for a fan-driven makeover of the iconic ginger. The new design is close enough to that of the first two games to have quietened critics somewhat, and can be briefly seen in recent promotional footage ahead of a full reveal.

Mass Effect 3 releases in March on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
