Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns 3DS may get Euro release

Previously restricted to Japan and the US, it looks like Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns may arrive in PAL territories.
The game has been listed on the Australian Classification Board's database, as spotted by Siliconera, and was rated this week at G.
The listing has the platform down as 3DS rather than multiplatform, so presumably the DS version also released in the US isn't making the jump.
Applicants must pay to have a game classified, so it's extremely unlikely the game has been classified for no reason, and equally unlikely the game will release in Australia and not at least the UK.
We've contacted local PR to try and raise some details.
