Rumor - Microsoft using Silverlight toolset for Xbox Live TV and dashboard TV update

An unnamed source has told GigaOM.comMicrosoft's using an updated version of Silverlight dev tools with Xbox TV. According to the source, the toolset - codenamed Lakeview - is not only still in development, but is still being modified, which is causing the developers behind the Xbox TV app to retest on a weekly basis. Lakeview, once perfected, could also be used by third-parties to create more 360 applications. The site is also rumoring that the new TV features, which are expected to roll-out with the latest dashboard update, will go live on Black Friday - or the day after Thanksgiving in the US.
