Sony extends identity protection offer to Australian PSN members
Sony has begun sending identity protection invites to Australian PlayStation Network members, following on from similar schemes announced for the Americas and Europe.
The Australiam arm of the Indentity Theft Protection Program will be handled by CSIdenity, a global ITP firm headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Those who joined the Aussie PSN before PSNGate and are over 18 years have been offered one year's subscription to key services.
Sony has begun staggering its batch emails after experiencing mail server blacklisting during the PSN outage, so don't be too concerned if your invite hasn't arrived yet.
