Rumour - PS3 exclusive shooter from EA's Black Troll
Links have been drawn between a newly-revealed but unannounced EA studio and a mysterious game listed on a developer's resume.
Another of SystemLink's devoted CV trawls turned up a LinkedIn profile making mention of an "unannounced FPS title in development (PS3)" in progress at a "confidential" studio.
The game has been in the works since at September last year at the very least.
SystemLink claims the unnamed developer is one Black Troll Studios, currently represented by an empty webpage with a domain registered by EA.
The site is said to have gone live with a blank background in the last few days, suggesting an official reveal soon.
The salt on this delightful dish is that there's no demonstrable link between EA's Black Troll and the PS3 shooter mentioned in the CV, and EA has in fact announced a new studio in Austin - an EA Sports team yet to be named.
We'll see what can be learned from EA.
