Relic to contribute to Devil's Third

Warhammer 40,000 and Company of Heroes developer Relic is not the first studio you'd think of for the role, but the veteran RTS team are contributing to Itagaki's third-person action title, Devil's Third.
Danny Bilson confirmed Relic's involvement with Valhalla's project to Joystiq, but gave no further details.
Although Valhalla is entirely independent, Bilson said that THQ treats "all our external teams as internal teams", hence the possibility of collaboration with the THQ-owned Relic.
Valhalla is Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden designer Tomonobu Itagaki's new studio, largely formed of ex-Team Ninja and Tecmo staff; Devil's Third is the team's debut title.
