Via press release, Epic's given its mind-blowingly gorgeous iPhone and iPad slasher a December 9 drop date. Better still, compared to other Big Person Games on the App Store, this one's surprisingly easy on the wallet at only $5.99.

Oh, and just to preempt 145 million reviewers and probably avert a world-ending annoyance crisis, we'll say this first: "Infinity Blade: It's a cut above the rest!" There, everyone. Now find a better tagline.
