Platformer bites Apple.

Frozenbyte said today that Trine will release for Mac in November.

The Mac port will be released via Steam and will support SteamPlay, meaning that people who purchase the PC port will get the Mac version for free and vise-versa.

The Mac version will appear at other outlets later.

Frozenbyte also said that if Trine's Mac SKU does well a Mac version of the upcoming Trine 2 could be released in 2011.

After garnering experience on countless gaming magazines, he joined Eurogamer and later split from that brand to create VG247, putting the site on the map with fast, 24-hour a day coverage, and assembling the site's earliest editorial teams.
