First PES 2011 Wii trailer shows new features

pes20114

Konami's put out the first look at the Wii version of PES 2011, detailing the new features you can expect to get in the game this year.

The Wii SKU now allows you to direct players during set pieces, and comes with an adjustable camera during corners.

Both "playmaker" and "traditional" control styles are included this time. We think this means you'll be able to play with either Wii's motion controller or the classic pad, and that players will be able to play against either style. Watch the video and see.

The UEFA Champions League's included, as a South American competition that we can't be bothered to write down.

Online play's been "improved". Hoopla.

PES 2011 hits PC, PS3 and 360 on October 8. Versions for Wii, PS2 and PSP will follow later in October.
