Mega-Extreme Rumour - Half Life 2: Episode Three menu shot leaked [Update]

Original Story: Is it? Could it? At last? Has the dream become a reality?

Obviously, do take with the biggest load of salt you can find right now, but RPS is carrying what appears to be a menu shot of Half Life 2: Episode Three, coming from a Facebook profile which has since either gone down or been deleted.

The enviroment is shown as snowy background, although the reason why that could be is possibly down to how Episode Two ended. Don't worry, we won't spoil it.

If this is real, it would be a big surprise, considering all Valve is focusing on right now, it seems, is Portal 2.The E3 dream is still alive, it looks like.

Ep Three itself has apparently been in development in the shadows since the release of Ep Two, with Valve boss Gabe Newell saying as recently as last August that it was still in development.
