Crytek Free Radical purchase confirmed

Administrator ReSolve Partners has confirmed last night's rumoured sale of Free Radical to Crytek.

"We are pleased to announce that a sale completed to Crytek late last night thus preserving over 40 jobs," said a spokesperson.

A formal announcement is expected later today.
